La máquina envasadora y etiquetadora tt60, Twin Trimmer está diseñada para facilitar el embalaje de productos referentes al E-commerce o comercio electrónico, dando una solución eficaz para clasificar, codificar, embalar y ordenar los variados productos que deben ser despachados mediante compras online, teniendo la confiabilidad de que está siendo manejado por una máquina especializada para este complejo rubro

PROCESO DE EMBALAJE DE ENVASADORA Y ETIQUETADORA

1. Lectura de Códigos de Barras y Procesamiento de Datos:
  • El código de barras de los productos se captura con un escáner de código de barras
  • Los datos escaneados se procesan y contrasta con la dirección de envío correcta
  • La información de la dirección de envío se envía a la unidad de etiquetado

2. Dimensión Scanner y Embalaje:

  • La dimensión de cada producto se mide mediante un sensor fotoeléctrico de barrera
  • Los selladores laterales gemelos se autoajustan según el tamaño del producto y lo embalan

3. Unidad de Etiquetado:

  • El sistema de etiquetado imprime la etiqueta.
  • La etiqueta se aplica sobre el producto con una aplicadora automática de etiquetas por contacto con altura adaptativa

4. Opciones Adicionales:

  • Control secundario con un escáner de código de barras que está integrado con un sistema de descarte por empuje
  • Controladora de peso y PC industrial para conocer las diferentes opciones de envío
  • Sistema de clasificación de los productos envasados según el destino
